RECAP - CCBP Decisive Talks with Vasco Pereira da Silva

Last Thursday, CCBP Decisive Talks brought together our Members for an exclusive breakfast with Vasco Pereira da Silva, Head of Policy at Allied for Startups.

As a key policy advocacy organisation in Brussels, Allied for Startups works to ensure that the voice of the startup ecosystem is heard where decisions are made.

Vasco shared how the EU is taking concrete steps in this direction: a dedicated Commissioner for startups, a cross-DG taskforce and the ambitious EU.Inc / 28th Regime proposal to provide startups with a coherent single European Framework.

Today's conversation was a reminder that Brussels is where the rules of the game are written, and that being present and engaged makes all the difference.
