We are delighted to welcome Mercadona to the CCBP community, as one of the most recent Protector Members!
With over 1600 supermarkets and a strong presence across Spain and Portugal, Mercadona has become one of Europe's leading retail companies — known for its commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainability.
🌍 Since entering the Portuguese market in 2019, Mercadona has rapidly expanded its footprint, employing thousands of people and investing in state-of-the-art logistics and digital transformation. With more than 60 stores across Portugal, the grand opening of their first Lisbon city centre store is set for November 2025.
