📱We are thrilled to share that iServices — a valued member of the CCBP's Members Directory — has successfully outlined and maintained its constant commitment towards technological circularity, in a European context of simplified sustainability reporting, through repair and reconditioning throughout 2025.
Based on its yearly operational metrics in the past year, the company recorded more than 215,000 technical services, a growth of 36% compared to 2024. In the same period, more than 180,000 repairs were carried out, +31% versus 2024, and more than 30,000 technical interventions, +75% compared to 2024. These volumes translate into extended equipment life and less need for replacement, a practical and measurable dimension of circularity in the technology sector.
In terms of refurbishment, iServices processed around 150,000 pieces of equipment in 2025, an increase of 52% compared to 2024. Refurbishment focused mainly on mobile phones, with more than 140,000 units, followed by computers, tablets, smartwatches, and other categories including game consoles and vacuum cleaners.
The company is monitoring developments in the European sustainability framework, following the European Council's announcement on the simplification of requirements related to sustainability reporting and due diligence, as part of the "Omnibus I" package. In a changing regulatory environment, iServices remains focused on what is structural to the business: consistent processes, traceable data, and measurable impact.
In the words of Bruno Borges, CEO of iServices: "For us, circularity is about execution, scale and quality. We repair and recondition because that is what the customer wants and because it makes economic and environmental sense. Our work is measured in equipment with extended life, in resources saved and in transparency about the results."
👏 Congratulations to the representatives Bruno Borges and Vânia Guerreiro, as well as the entire iServices team and network! Your constant commitment will continue to strengthen your success and presence, from your Portuguese roots to Belgium and Europe, fostering cross-border growth.
iServices will continue to consolidate information and evidence of sustainability in a manner consistent with the benchmarks applicable in its business and group context, reinforcing the traceability of data and the quality of information used for management and communication with stakeholders.
