CCBP at the Celebrations for Portugal, Camões, and Portuguese Communities Day

The Belgian-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce (CCBP) was honoured to attend the celebration of Portugal, Camões and Portuguese Communities Day, organised by the Permanent Representation of Portugal to the European Union in Brussels.

The CCBP was represented by Luísa Monteiro de Queiroz, Senior Adviser for EU Affairs & Institutional Strategy.

We would like to thank Ambassador Pedro Costa Pereira, Ambassador Mónica Lisboa and Ambassador Ana Paula Moreira for their warm welcome.

As highlighted by Ambassador Pedro Costa Pereira, this year holds special significance: it marks the 40th anniversary of Portugal’s accession to the then EEC, now the European Union.

At a particularly challenging time for Europe, this celebration reminds us of the strength of the European project and renews our hope for a common future that is more united, resilient and open to the world.
